I am an MPhil student in Smart Manufacturing at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), supervised by Prof. Pengcheng Hu. Before that, I received my B.Eng. in Automation from Shenyang University of Technology in 2026.
My research focuses on metal additive manufacturing — laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) process–property relationships, and hybrid additive–subtractive manufacturing, where LPBF parts are finished by multi-axis machining. I am also interested in process simulation and data-driven optimization of process parameters.
